What should I have ready for a notarization?+
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned document. Don't sign it beforehand — I need to witness your signature.
How does Remote Online Notarization (RON) work?+
We meet over a secure video call through Proof. You'll show your ID, sign electronically, and I'll notarize the document in real time. It's legally valid anywhere in Washington State.
Can you give me legal advice about my documents?+
No — as a notary, I can't provide legal advice or help you fill out or interpret a document. I can only witness signatures and verify identity. For legal questions, please consult an attorney.
How fast can you get to me?+
Most requests within King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties can be scheduled same-day or next-day. Reach out with your timeline and I'll do my best to accommodate it.
Do you charge extra for travel?+
Standard travel within the service area is included. Ferry crossings or longer-distance trips (islands, outlying areas) carry a small surcharge, quoted upfront before booking.
