Pricing

Clear, state-aligned fees.

Washington State sets the maximum fees for notarial acts, and we keep it simple and transparent.

  • In-person notarization — $15 per signature (the state maximum, never more)
  • Remote online notarization (RON) — $25 per signature, from anywhere in Washington
  • Mobile travel fee — starting at $50, based on distance and scheduling; quoted upfront before you book
  • Loan signings & specialty appointments — starting at $100, flat-rate packages quoted upfront

Travel, after-hours, and complex signing packages are quoted up front so there are never surprises at the door.

Process

How an appointment works.

A simple four-step rhythm designed to feel calm and predictable.

  1. 1

    Request

Send a quick message with documents, preferred time, and location. Same-day requests welcome.

  2. 2

    Quote

We confirm fees, travel charges, and any specifics up front — no surprises.

  3. 3

    Meet

We arrive on time, verify ID, review the documents, and walk you through each signature.

  4. 4

    Done

Notarized documents in hand, journaled per Washington State law, and ready for whoever needs them next.

Be ready

What to bring to your appointment.

A few minutes of preparation makes every signing faster and smoother. Here's what to have ready when we meet.

  • A current, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID)
  • All documents to be notarized — please do NOT pre-sign unless instructed by the receiving party
  • Any additional signers or required witnesses (we can often help identify witnesses)
  • Payment method (cash, card, or invoice for business clients)
FAQ

Service questions, answered.

Do I need to sign the documents before you arrive?

No — please do not pre-sign anything unless the receiving party specifically instructs you to. Most notarial acts require you to sign in the notary's presence.

What ID do you accept?

Any current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID — typically a driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, military ID, or permanent resident card. The name on the ID should reasonably match the name on the document.

Can you provide witnesses?

We can often help arrange a credible witness, but this is not always possible at short notice. When you book, let us know if witnesses are required and how many.

Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?

Yes. We can notarize documents via a secure video session through the Proof platform for $25 per signature, available anywhere in Washington State.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, major credit and debit cards, and digital payments. Business clients can request invoicing.

How far in advance should I book?

Most appointments can be scheduled with 24–48 hours' notice, and same-day appointments are often available depending on location and time of day.
