How quickly will I hear back?
Most requests submitted during business hours receive a response within a couple of hours. Evening and weekend requests are answered the next business morning at the latest.
What information should I include in my request?
Document type (e.g. power of attorney, refinance package, affidavit), how many signers, your preferred date and time window, and the location where you'd like to meet.
Can you handle urgent or same-day appointments?
Often, yes. Send a request as early as possible and mention that it is time-sensitive — we'll do everything we can to fit you in.
Where do you meet clients?
Anywhere reasonable in the Seattle area — your home, office, hospital, care facility, attorney's office, café, or coworking space. We'll confirm the address when we schedule.
